La misma medida, una vez por cada parte de tu vida. A la mayoría le sale algo distinto en el trabajo que en casa, y esa distancia es lo interesante.
La misma persona, medida seis veces
Los demás tests preguntan quién eres y dan una respuesta. Pero quien dirige la reunión no siempre es quien se calla en la mesa de sus padres, y los dos eres tú. Facets mide a cada uno por separado.
A solas puedes salir decidido y hacia afuera, y con la persona que quieres, prudente y hacia adentro. No es una incoherencia que haya que corregir. Es un dato que conviene conocer.

Cómo funciona

Elige un rol. Veintiocho preguntas, de cero a cinco, barajadas de nuevo cada vez.

Lee tu resultado dentro de ese rol: cómo aparece, qué funciona, dónde se atasca y una cosa para probar.

Mide otro rol. La pantalla de comparación muestra exactamente dónde te mueves y dónde sigues igual.
